One night class: Showing and Telling

"Show--don't tell."

We hear this as writing advice so often that it's nearly become a cliche. We've been told to write scenes, dramatize, cut exposition, cut summary. The truth is good writing almost always requires both showing and telling. the trick is finding the right balance of scene and summary--the two basic components of creative prose.

The problem is too many writers need to learn a few tricks on SHOWING in the areas needed. I'd like to help.

After receiving several requests to do a class of SHOWING AND TELLING, I have decided to put together something in-depth on the subject.

Here are the details:

Saturday, February 5, 2011 starting at 7:00 p.m. online.

It is a standalone class with a cost of just $20.00.
